ABOUT THE LOOK.
This concept board introduces a warm, modern European look layered with sculptural lighting, rich textures, and subtle Old World character.
First, we’ve chosen a striking brass chandelier. We love the stacked silhouette, which adds height and presence, while the soft curves and vintage-inspired milk glass shades blend classic charm with contemporary design. It’s a versatile lighting choice, perfect for dining rooms, entryways, or living spaces.
To complement the chandelier, we selected a framed reproduction print of Vermeer’s Woman Holding a Balance. This iconic artwork brings refinement and a touch of old-world sophistication.
We also included a stunning velvet lounge chair in a rich pecan hue. Its timeless silhouette and rich, warm tones make it a beautiful statement piece.
For tabletop styling, we added a carved handle magnifying glass. This elegant accent pairs beautifully with vintage books for elevated coffee table or desk styling.
Finally, to bring in the rustic texture we love, we selected a set of reclaimed wood bowls and a ceramic jar. Both pieces bring the aged, collected look we admire and help create a space that feels layered and approachable.
