Shipping and Handling

We offer flat-rate shipping on all Refuge Interiors orders to keep pricing simple and transparent.

• Standard Shipping: $9
  Applies to most antique and vintage home decor items.

• Specialty Shipping (Larger Items): $30
  Applies to select larger or more delicate pieces, such as vintage lighting and artwork, which require additional care and packaging.

• Clothing/Apparel Shipping: $6

Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, a 3% handling fee (based on the order subtotal) is applied to eligible orders to help cover the time, materials, and care required to safely package each piece. This fee reflects the extra attention given to our one-of-a-kind items. Handling fees do not apply to clothing/apparel.

We thoughtfully reuse packing materials whenever possible to reduce waste and ship more sustainably.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. Orders typically ship via UPS or USPS. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product from our Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase.
